Google Classroom List View

If you’ve recently been added as a co-teacher to several classes you may be wondering “How am I going to find anything?”. Until Google Classroom develops its own list view, you might want to consider making your own. A little Apps Script, Google Sheets and Data Studio go a long way in making your Google Classrooms manageable from an administrator’s view. Moreover, even more valuable data can be made available in a filterable, sortable database.

To make things easier I’ve created a template that’s useable right out of the box and a video tutorial explaining how it works so you can modify it according to your needs.

    Richard,
Thank you for streamlining my life beyond comprehension. As the secondary school principal, I am a teacher on every one of 608 Google Classrooms! Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial. Not only has it set me up with Google Classroom, but it has introduced me to Google Data Studio, which until now I did not know existed. May the universe smile on you today!
