Dismissal Guru is an affordable, simple solution for your school’s dismissal needs. It’s a Google Sheets add-on that makes it easy to generate random unique PIN numbers and individual teacher and grade level dismissal sheets. Moreover, you can can manage changes in daily dismissal plans and buses (if needed) via a front office tab. The recent update also accommodates shared PINS for siblings. It also auto-archives each night to be ready for the next day.
Once students are loaded into your add-on, students can be called for dismissal via a Google Form submission of their PIN number and a location they should go to (i.e. Car Line, Gate). Teachers only need to monitor sheets related to their students. Outdoor dismissal staff enter PIN numbers and select a location via their smart phones on a Google Form.

The add-on does not collect and store user data. Your email address is stored in the User Properties to check for licensing in a Google Sheet.
